1) AS 4 - Top Rail System
The MTS AS 4 Studio Rail is a high-quality, professional-grade extruded aluminum profile engineered for maximum versatility in studios, theaters, and production environments. With a wide selection of standardized components and accessories, the AS 4 system enables the creation of fixed or trackable grid configurations tailored to the unique needs of any space.
- Easily connect multiple standard rails to create custom lengths and configurations suited to your studio layout.
- A broad range of top attachments allows installation under concrete slabs, I-beams, bar joists, or existing pipe grids. This flexibility reduces the number of hanging points required thanks to wide spans between supports.
- Rails can be manufactured with specific curve radii to accommodate smooth, continuous movement around corners or complex layouts.
- Designed for use as a running rail for trolleys, cross-rails, curtain systems, cycloramas, or lighting tracks.
- Built to withstand the rigors of professional use, the AS 4 offers long-term structural integrity and performance.

TS motorized pantographs offer high-precision vertical positioning for lighting, audio, and video equipment—delivering exceptional control, safety, and flexibility in demanding studio environments. Each luminaire can be individually adjusted, allowing for dynamic and creative lighting design. For enhanced versatility, optional motorized horizontal adjustment is also available.
Built from high-strength aluminum rectangular profiles, MTS pantographs ensure maximum structural integrity with minimal retracted height. The extension range reaches up to 6 meters, depending on model and configuration. For greater lifting heights, MTS telescopes, hoist systems, or polelights are recommended.

Our motorized studio lighting suspensions are powered by a decentralized control logic, minimizing downtime and ensuring maximum operational readiness. Each suspension device is equipped with an independent motor control unit, which continuously monitors all safety-critical parameters, including:

Our system offers scalable automation levels, ranging from simple up/down controls to standard control panels with group selection (FCP 900) and fully automated studio control units (FCP PRO).
