Today, the 15th of july, the brand new Humboldt Forum in Berlin will finally open it´s gates for the public audiance. The Humboldt Labor in the first floor will be a lively place of knowledge and science.
MovieTech | MTS equipped this unique exhibition with machinery usually known from TV studios and stages. By adopting mechanical elements, the Designer-team created a dense landscape of floating vitrines. The use of moveable elements allows the exhibition to continually change, opening up floor space when needed for gatherings and lectures.
MovieTech | MTS supplied everything from:
– planning
– statical assessments
– installation
– steel support structure
– Rail System (MTS: AS T)
– Pantographs (MTS: SZE 40 B)
– Control unit (MTS FCP 900)
– Acrylic Vitrines
The extraordinary layout of this exhibition will allow a constantly changing experience for the visitors every time they enter – with some stories being told and others being skipped.
We thank all the collaborators on this exciting project, especially the design team and our partners for the great support during the whole process.
