ABOUT MTS HOIST SYSTEMS

Our Hoist systems are used when multiple spotlights need to be mounted on a single bar. This setup optimizes costs while ensuring an efficient lighting arrangement. While individual spotlights cannot be adjusted in height separately, the entire load bar can be raised or lowered using support cables.

For seamless operation, power and data supply for spotlights and other equipment are managed through a modern, halogen-free flexible flat cable system. The configuration of power connections and data lines is fully customizable based on customer requirements.

All motorized hoist systems are equipped with advanced safety features, including:
– Slack rope detection for collision prevention
– Overload detection to enhance operational safety

1) SC 1000 B - Selfclimbing HOIST

The SC1000B Self-Climbing Hoist allows for quick and easy installation, adjustment, and maintenance of lighting fixtures in studios, theatres, and event spaces. With a 200 kg payload capacity, it features an integrated luminaire suspension pipe or rail, built-in safety switches, and a high-quality self-locking motor and gear system. Its compact design, easy installation, and top-tier safety standards make it the perfect solution for high lighting grids and frequent set changes:

2) SLP 1000 B - GRid HOIST

The SLP 1000B Grid Hoist is designed for safe and precise lighting control in studios and stage environments. Unlike self-climbing hoists, its motor unit remains fixed to the ceiling, while only the load bar lowers for easy positioning of the lighting fixtures. Supported by 4 steel cables, it accommodates multiple spotlights and ensures secure positioning. Built-in safety features, tool-free maintenance, and customizable power and data connections make the SLP 1000B a reliable, efficient solution for professional lighting setups.

3) WINCH UNIT / Truss Hoist

The MTS SLP Winch Unit is designed for applications requiring extra-long load bars, supporting lengths of 10m, 15m, or even 20m. The motor unit remains fixed while winding the support cables, which are guided via deflection pulleys to the load bar, ensuring precise and stable lifting.

With 2 to 6 cable runs, the system adapts to different load capacities and bar lengths, offering maximum flexibility. The motor unit can be installed hanging, standing, or centrally positioned, making it a versatile alternative to tube shaft hoists.

4) RWZ - TUBULAR SHAFT HOIST

The MTS Tubular Shaft Hoist is a ready-to-install, modular system designed for event venues, studios, and stage applications. Its flexible design allows for millimeter-precise customization, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective lifting solution. With motor units available in 300kg, 400kg, or 600kg capacities, and a lifting height of up to 16m, the system can be tailored to meet various load and space requirements. Each winch element supports up to 180kg using a high-strength 6mm steel cable

The MTS Tubular Shaft Hoist is equipped with two independent braking systems for added security, while an automatic rope-holding device ensures stability even in case of slack or impact. The system is TÜV-tested and meets DGUV Regulation 17 and DIN 56950-2 safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Designed for quick and easy installation, the self-supporting structure requires only two to four mounting points on the ceiling or wall. The hoist is delivered preassembled, with elements over 6m shipped in a split design for easier handling. A complete technical documentation package is included, ensuring a hassle-free setup.
